From SF this weekend.
Before I had to move and couldn’t see anymore.

Another day in the bay.
This was way last weekend, but here we go … this was just a good day in general. After work I went to pick up all the crew, then we went to a buffet for lunch and drove to Feeling the Funk. Mini-road trips are fun.It was just cool. You had mostly good vibes, a nice studio, and there was a decent amount of people. Enough that things were still cool, but you could actually move. The battles were entertaining, and the boys ended up winning, which meant they were super happy the whole way coming home.
It’s also super hilarious to see them going from obnoxiously singing the whole car ride there, and then turn into aggressive b-boys turning the battles.
Feel Projection Dance - Newark, CA
I always find it interesting how when battles are going on there are people still dancing in the corners of the place. Sactown Underground!
I’ve been saying these guys should go on ABDC for years, and here they finally are.

Sactown Underground.
You know it’s a good battle when you run over until 1 in the morning and this much of a crowd is still supporting, plus all the people overflowing outside the building.
After all the planning, practicing, and persistence it’s almost here. Tomorrow is going to be a good day. If you live anywhere in Northern California, you should definitely be here!

Last weekend in Hollywood, CA
I love being able to go to different cities and still see the connection dancers have.
Breakin’ the Law: NorCal Qualifier February 4th, 2012
Another weekend, another jam.
For any of you that didn’t attend this event, you missed out. Basically a room full of good vibes and a chill night of dance. Of course, not everything went perfectly – but that was never what dancing was about. Sometimes just being in a room full of dancers who can cypher and groove the night away is just as inspiring as anything else. Besides, in supporting the Sacramento hip-hop community I truly believe every event counts – so support your fellow dancers!
Besides, I also got the chance to talk to some of the b-boys from Texas. They said it was nice to see so many girls out dancing because they don’t have as many out in Houston. Not sure how true that is, but California ladies represent!
Congratulations on Fallen Kings for taking the win and going on to represent Nor Cal in Wisconsin, and good job to everyone that came out.
Until next weekend …
